Terms of Use

FanParcel gives creators a public link so fans can send physical gifts to our forwarding facility. We receive, re-pack, and forward those parcels to the creator's private address. The goal is privacy on both sides: creators don't reveal their address to fans, and fans aren't identified to creators by name.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract in your country to use the Service. You're responsible for the activity on your account, for keeping your sign-in email accurate, and for safeguarding access. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

Creators must complete identity verification, provide an accurate forwarding address, and keep it current. You control whether you're accepting parcels. You're responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or carrier charges associated with parcels forwarded to you, and for the lawfulness of receiving the items sent to you.

Fans must only send items they're legally allowed to ship, properly packaged and accurately described. You pay the shipping cost to our facility. Don't attempt to use a parcel to identify, locate, harass, or contact a creator outside the Service.

Don't send or attempt to send anything illegal, hazardous, perishable, counterfeit, stolen, weapons, drugs, living animals, or anything restricted by our carriers or by applicable law. Don't use FanParcel to harass, threaten, dox, or infringe others' rights, and don't upload unlawful or non-consensual content to your profile. We may refuse, hold, return, or dispose of non-compliant parcels and suspend accounts that misuse the Service.

We re-pack parcels to protect identities and hand them to third-party carriers. Delivery windows are estimates and depend on carriers and customs; we don't guarantee delivery dates. Risk and handling are subject to the carriers' own terms once a parcel leaves our facility.

Where fees apply, they'll be shown before you incur them. Shipping charges to our facility are paid by the fan; forwarding and any duties or taxes may be the creator's responsibility as described at the time.

You keep ownership of the profile content you upload, and you grant us the limited licence needed to host and display it as part of the Service. FanParcel's name, branding, and software remain ours. Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or abuse the platform.

How we handle personal data and cookies is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. By using FanParcel you also agree to those policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it reliable but don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every parcel will arrive. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanParcel isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss or damage to parcels beyond what's recoverable from the relevant carrier. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using FanParcel and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect users and our team. Some provisions survive termination by their nature.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
